Emergencies
We know that emergencies can arise and we will do our best to respond to your problem promptly. When you are uncomfortable, that is our immediate concern. Call us as soon as you suspect that you need to see us.

Your Family's First Evaluation
Your family's first evaluation as new patients will give us a complete picture of each one's present oral health. First, we'll ask for a brief dental and medical history. Your examination will include an evaluation of past, existing, and potential problems. We'll examine your oral tissues for decay and gum/bone disease. X-rays are used to identify hidden problems. Cosmetic services are available for discolored, misshapen or chipped teeth to improve your smile. If an irregularity in your bite exists or is developing, we may also take diagnostic impressions. This is information that will guide us in planning your treatment.
 
Protecting Your Health
For your protection, Frederick Cosmetic & Family Dentistry maintains the most up-to-date methods of sterilization and infection control. We adhere to the infection control guidelines of the American Dental Association. We will gladly answer any questions you may have about our methods and about your health and safety.

Appointment Policies
Frederick Cosmetic & Family Dentistry is open daily Monday through Friday. Appointments are available as early as 7:30 a.m. for commuters. We respect your time and make every effort to remain on schedule. If you're unable to keep an appointment, please notify us immediately. We appreciate 24 hours notice if an appointment must be changed.

Insurance
Frederick Cosmetic & Family Dentistry gladly accepts most types of dental insurance. However, we do ask that you pay your estimated deductible amount at the time of your visit. We will be happy to provide you with all necessary information for filing your claim form, we can help you with that, too!
